In the rare occurence that your Nut
Butter Grinder is
not working properly when it arrives, we will help troubleshoot with
you to diagnose the problem. We will send you replacments of any
defective parts. Because of the nature of these more expensive
machines, we do not take returns for the Super Heavy Duty Grinders. In
some rare circumstances, we will take them back, in that case you would
need to return the machine within 30 days,
and we would refund your purchase price less a 50% restocking fee (and
you would be responsible for all shipping costs).
