In order to rent our balloon, all we ask is that you just email us a few photos of your balloon displayed at your event, for possible use on our website or video. Then simply send the balloon back the day after your event in the same clean and excellent condition as you received it.

We only have a few of our balloons available for rentals, so it is a good idea to call and reserve a balloon well ahead of time of your event as it is first come, first serve.

  (This 5 1/2 ft globe is best filled with air.  It can be filled with helium, but it has no tie down ropes or loops on the side

Simply send us a check or money order for the full amount for our Gigantic Earth balloon with shipping which includes your refundable deposit to insure safe return of the balloon:

DEPOSIT:  Upon return of the balloon and photos of Earth balloon at your event, Rental Fee plus shipping/handling is retained and your deposit is returned:

Upon return of the balloon and photos of the Earth balloon at your event, your deposit of the balance of your payment will be cheerfully refunded, Rental Fee plus shipping/handling is retained. If you do not want to take photos, or forget to take photos or do not send us photos that follow our simple guidelines, we charge an extra $60.00 for renting the balloon without photos. Also, should you decide you would like to keep the balloon, just don't send it back and it is yours to keep, and then your deposit is kept as payment in full for the balloon.

We need the balloon to be sent back the day after your event. We must receive it within 5 working days after your event, to allow for delivery time. We charge an extra $199.95 per week (an extra $39.95 for the 5 1/2" Globe), if it is received after that. After we receive the balloon back, we must blow up it up to make sure there are no punctures in the balloon. Be careful with the balloon, it is very tough vinyl, but it can puncture, so make sure nothing sharp touches the balloon. If you set it on the ground, put a piece of cloth or plastic beneath it or make sure the area is clear of any sharp objects. If we discover a puncture in the balloon, your deposit is forfeited.

Simple Guidelines for taking the Photos
The kind of photos we are looking for:
We need 5-10 nice pictures of the balloon, taken from a few different angles, during your event. We are NOT looking for just close-ups of the balloon. We are looking for photos of the balloon at your event seen from a bit of a distance, to show the scale of the balloon, so the balloon is just a part of the picture.  You need to be around 50 feet away, so the balloon takes up about 1/4 to 1/3 of the photo. If there is anything scenic in the background, foreground or surrounding area where the balloon is displayed, then please show this in your photos. If there are crowds of people, please show them around or near the balloon in a scene. If the balloon is filled with helium or in the air, then showing some of the ground beneath the balloon with the surrounding scene would normally be needed.  You can also have several people hold the balloon up with scenes of your event in the background. If it is displayed on stage ~ then the whole stage with some foreground and people on the stage needs to be in the picture. The balloon doesn't need to be centered in the photo, the background, foreground and people in the scene is as important as the balloon.
